In 2023, Lotus launched the all-electric Eletre. But with a very limited geographical footprint, how do you offer every prospect around the world the same personal and premium buying experience?
A tailor-made showroom experience fully based on the latest AI technology
The Personal Showroom can answer any and every question regarding the Lotus Eletre. From generic questions like, “Can I drive it from Amsterdam to Paris on a single charge?” (the answer is yes!), to very personal questions like, “I have three German Shepherds, can I bring them?” and even the silly ones (“What feature do you think James Bond would like most?”).
But not only is it able to just answer your questions. Our AI entity can pair the answer with high-quality video edited live out of a database of over 1500 video clips. It knows exactly which video to pick and how to match it with the voiceover.
And that’s not all. It also remembers your traits and measures your interest on the fly. This means that your answers are always contextualized (it remembered you have three German Shepherds when you ask about the climate control later) and, if needed, it can trigger a call to action, like booking a test drive.
Instead of creating an avatar or a persona, we visualized the omnipresence of the AI together with renowned light and sound designer Boris Acket in the form of a physical experience where the lights in the background and the sound design embody the entity as it moves and changes with the voice.
