As FleuraMetz’s digital partner, we took responsibility for designing and developing their e-commerce platforms. We build the FleuraMetz app and website, facilitating customer orders and proving their floral essentials. Each interaction on these platforms generates valuable data insights. By analyzing user behaviors such as search queries and icon clicks, we gained deeper insights into customer preferences.

FleuraMetz was eager to discover new ways to leverage their data for the ultimate user experience. That's why they chose to collaborate with our Data department.

Analysis and agile way of working

To get the project started, we deployed one of our data consultants to work closely with FleuraMetz’s Online Analytics team for six months. Our consultant provided expert guidance to extract maximum value from their data.

One of the first key steps was defining a common goal. To achieve alignment, we organized a workshop called “Data-Driven Thinking in 1 Week” to help align the data team. After that, our consultant fostered the exploration of more effective data utilization.

FleuraMetz adopted a new way of working, involving the formulation of hypotheses beforehand and sharing results with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the data team started working more agile, collaborating as one when completing top-priority tasks and anticipating future sprints for application enhancement.

Armed with their data insights, FleuraMetz is now well-equipped to identify opportunities for improvement. Our data consultant also developed tools that linked the activities to labor hour tracking and program planning, enabling the team to monitor it’s effectiveness through data analysis. This allows for timely adjustments and the integration of new skills when necessary.

They listened carefully, adapted swiftly, and delivered the expertise our Anatytics team required. Our team needed coordination, direction, and a common goal. The data consultant proved to be the perfect match for this.
