Roles

UX Designer

You lead projects small-to-medium in scale, and work closely with a UX Director on larger, more complex deliverables.  Figma is your playground. You employ your UCD and UX skills to create compelling and validated solutions utilising an existing design system – as well as design components for new use cases.

Program Manager

You’re a master at spinning plates. Thanks to you, our teams have everything they need and clients know exactly where we are, what we’re doing and why.  You work closely with our Business Director and other team leads to create concrete projects that are key pieces within the bigger program. You relish making decisions, and you’re not shy to speak up when certain things could be done better.
